Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of PayPluse. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
What PayPluse is
PayPluse is a payment-notification and order-reconciliation tool. It reads official FamPay credit-alert notifications from a mailbox you connect, matches them to the orders you create, and shows you the results in your dashboard and through webhooks you configure.
PayPluse is not a payment aggregator, payment processor, wallet or escrow service. It never receives, holds, controls or routes customer funds: every payment moves directly, UPI-to-UPI, between your customer and your own FamPay or UPI address.
Independent from FamPay
PayPluse is an independent product that works with the FamPay credit-alert emails and UPI addresses you already have. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with FamPay, and nothing on this site should be read as an official relationship with FamPay.
No refund processing
PayPluse does not process, simulate or issue refunds. Because PayPluse never held the money, there is no refund button, refund status or refund mechanism of any kind inside the product.
Any refund you choose to give a customer happens directly between you and the customer through your own UPI or banking application, entirely outside PayPluse, and PayPluse will not reflect it.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate connection details — the Gmail address you connect and the FamPay UPI ID customers should pay — because PayPluse matches notifications against them.
Keep your App Password, API keys and webhook secrets confidential. API keys are shown once at creation, stored only as a salted SHA-256 hash, and you are responsible for any activity under them; revoke a key you believe is compromised immediately.
Use PayPluse only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of the third parties you connect through it, including Google (Gmail) and FamPay. You are responsible for the activity of your account.
Orders and verification
Order status shown by PayPluse derives from server-side verification of genuine payment notifications against the order’s amount, timing and identity. Ambiguous cases are marked for your review rather than guessed. No customer action — clicking a button, returning from a UPI app, or claiming a payment was made — can mark an order as paid.
Security
Credentials you connect are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM under versioned keys, and traffic to PayPluse uses TLS. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure; safeguard your credentials and report anything you believe is a compromise of your account.
Availability and disclaimer
PayPluse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Operational metrics are published on the status page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayPluse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the total amount you have paid PayPluse in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using PayPluse at any time and request account deletion, which removes your stored credentials, API keys and webhook endpoints as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or use the service to cause harm; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at /terms with its revision date above; continued use of PayPluse after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
